Fairbanks Alaska Live Webcast, Transit of Venus

Join the Fairbanks Astronomical Unit, the NASA Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) and the National Institute of Aerospace as they celebrate the Transit of Venus in Fairbanks, Alaska. The team will be watching the transit from SDO along with several grounds based telescopes, as well as doing lots of activities. The sun is up for 21 hours in Fairbanks on June 5th so the view of the transit will be great.
