By applying the most recent open source artificial intelligence models, the team continuously improves monitoring of vegetation structure changes in remote regions though a variety of biomes including the boreal forest, riparian regions, and previously barren terrain. This approach supports the scientific community by creating ready-to-apply model checkpoints and useful notebooks researchers can use to replicate or adapt for their own projects.
