Missions & Projects

Brief Bio

I'm an astrophysicist in HEASARC/LAMBDA data center at GSFC to support both the high energy astrophysics and CMB communities. I have previously worked in software support for high energy astrophysics missions before pursuing a PhD project studying the shape of the Universe using the CMB anisotropies. I did postdoctoral research studying Galactic magnetic fields before returning to NASA as an archive scientist.

Research Interests

Galactic magnetic fields

My recent research focus has been on using multi-wavelength and multi-messenger information to model the large-scale magnetic fields in our Galaxy. I'm a founding member and co-PI of the IMAGINE Consortium. See our white paper in JCAP for a summary of our goals and the different areas of astrophysics that are connected to the project. IMAGINE is developing a number of sub-projects, both short- and long-term, that will soon be listed on the IMAGINE Consortium web site.
